Face Your Fear with Eric Worre

Tony Robbins says to focus on where you want to go, not on what you fear. Easier said than done, right? Consequently, learning how to face your fear takes a lot of courage! Most of our fears come from a deep rooted place in our subconscious. This relationship with fear is something that can simultaneously drive you both towards and away from your goals. Fear is sometimes referred to as false evidence appearing real (F.E.A.R), but in the moment it is difficult to differentiate between the two!

Eric Worre knows that when people face their fear they experience one of three reactions: freeze flight or fight. Flight means to run away from, freeze means to become frozen like a statue, and fight means to go towards. Eric assures his viewers that facing your fears takes less activity than you think! If you’re afraid of anything make a decision to face/fight/be with that fear for just a minute to see it for what it really is. You’ll likely surprise yourself with your newfound courage.
